Our story

One system instead of software, spreadsheets and paper

MyDukan is a cloud retail ERP for Indian businesses. It replaces the desktop software, Excel sheets and paper registers many shops still run on with one system for inventory, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, accounting and GST — across one branch or several.

A shop sets up its masters, buys stock and sells it, and the system keeps stock, accounts and GST reports in step. Items can be tracked by IMEI, batch or serial number, depending on the business.

It is in production today with retail shops, most of them mobile phone retailers — which is why IMEI tracking, EMI and financier sales, exchange and a full second-hand phone workflow are built in.
